**The following countries: Argentina, China, India, Israel and Saudi Arabia are excluded, and will be delivered using a courier at a cost of £26.00
If you would like a faster or insured delivery service, then please contact us and we can accommodate you but extra charges will apply.
For orders over £155 we will use an insured and tracked service provided by a universal courier, regardless of your location.
If your order does not arrive within the above quoted delivery lead times, please wait 2 extra working days and then contact us.
In all cases of returning an item please contact us first so we can be alerted to your return and give our returns address where applicable:
I no longer want my item....
In this case, we can accept returns within 30 days from purchase. You will need to post your item in original condition back to us. You are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us so please use adequate postage. Once we receive the item back, we will issue you with a full refund.
My item arrived damaged or does not work....
In this case, we will require clear photographic evidence of the fault/damage within 30 days from purchase. Once this has been validated, we can send you out a replacement unit. This is subject to our discretion so clear evidence must be provided.
My item stopped working after 30 days....
In this case, we can process a warranty claim. Please visit our support section for more information.
